Our consultants worked with Berry Gardens acting as the company’s competent persons and to undertake a full review of health and safety legislative compliance. This review led to the production of an action plan of improvements that We assisted the company with. The plan included developing an up-to-date health and safety policy, assisting with a range of risk assessments including general work activities, COSHH and DSE. It also included training one of the management team on the IOSH Managing Safely qualification to enable the company to manage its day-to-day health and safety responsibilities and to call upon us when extra assistance is needed.
