The Head of Property Services for RBLI was given until the middle of January by the HSE to get the COSHH assessments completed. The HSE had indicated they would return at this time to check the work had been completed to an acceptable standard. As RBLI did not have the necessary competence in-house to do this work they looked outside the business for competent assistance.
