South African Airways

We were employed by South African Airways to undertake a series of risk assessments covering its main activities at Heathrow airport. This included covering the assessment of activities in, around and under the plane when loading and unloading. Other key areas covered included check in, flight departures and flight connections. These assessments were undertaken to fit around the key SAA operational times and required a great deal of flexibility from us to adapt to working times. The assessments were supported by a full report and action plan which was subsequently discussed with management.
