We were asked to assist the organisation to complete stress risk assessments for staff identified at risk by Occupational Health. Our role was initially to carry out assessments on a one to one basis with the staff concerned and then report back our recommendations to the HR department. Following on from this we trained in-house staff to complete the assessments by providing the necessary tools and training to the staff. This training was based around following the HSE 6 point key indicators guidance.
