We work with Tate Fencing, providing Competent Persons support to the internal health & safety team. From an initial completion of a health & safety compliance audit, our involvement has evolved to ensure Tate Fencing are consistently achieving compliance and best practice throughout its various site operations. The detailed Health and Safety audit of Tate Fencing operations based out of the Kent & Sussex sites; helped form the initial action plan. These findings were presented in a detailed report to senior management along with a number of recommendations. Since then we’ve provided expert support, monthly site visits, training and risk assessment assistance to ensure a consistent level of Health and Safety best practice is achieved.
