We worked with the paper company based in Kent to promote to staff the importance of reporting all accidents and incidents. The reports were closely monitored and managers were assisted to carry out investigations to determine the underlying causes, from which preventative measures were implemented. This action had the effect of reducing the number of RIDDOR reportable accidents by 75% the following year.
